Well I am going to post this where PPL can SEE it. As the photo gallery is For MEMBERS ONLY.. to show U a tank can be changed very easily..
MY prized tank. NOT any more but I can redo it like this later on:
SHORT STORY!! moved to my moms home in July 2010 as she had eye surgery and could not see at all for a few months and stil having probs at this posting.. moved my tanks a month later all large ones. some are here with me, some are at my two son's homes.. LOL..
The tank NOW as he left the lights on to long and the rocks went totally covered in algae. I did NOT mess with the substrate that is black tahitan moon sand..
New cichlids, 4 Yellow tail Acies, 2 white zebra hybrids, 1 male red shoulder hybrid I got from a trade, mix in with OB peacocks.. Lucky me.. I had the sunshine peacock in the top tank but the red shoulder fought with him so to keep in very nice shape, moved him back to the bottom tank.. I may put him in the 75gal that is with me...
I was going to do NO rocks, but the Zebra's were used to it so I did some in the back corner, but I will remove them soon..
And a new background!! I have different ones but not with me at the time.. figures..
The previous cichlids where the hybrids but they stay hidden all the time, so I did this kind of set-up so they would be out swimming more and not hidding.. MOST cichlids wil HIDE if U give them cover to do so..
Just to show U what it looks like with different deco/rocks/other really fast.. I can change it back later..
The double stands at my son's home with two different looks and cichlids:
